The AWDC’s Human Resources Management (HRM) Department oversees employee relations for the Antwerp World Diamond Centre, HRD Antwerp NV Comdiam and WTOCD.
 
HRM’s goal is to develop employees that work with a drive and motivation towards achieving their organisations’ objectives. In so doing, HRM provides services that effectively support AWDC’s mission.
 
HRM’s key areas of responsibility are social relations, internal communication, staffing, remuneration, employee development, and the implementation of ever changing social regulations. HRM also operates a service centre for companies in the diamond sector, providing assistance in the area of salary and personnel administration.
