The Operations Department centralizes all support services for the AWDC group of companies.
Its various divisions are:
 
• Finance, including Accounting, Budget Control and Customer Desk;
• Information and Communication Technology (ICT);
• Facility, including Purchasing;
• Security.
 
The department’s objective is to broaden the scope of its security brief, so that in future it will,in cooperation with the Antwerp, organise and manage overall security in the Antwerp Diamond Sector.
 
Services provided to AWDC's affiliates, such as HRD Antwerp NV, are rendered according to Service Level Agreements.
