For Antwerp-based companies seeking to promote their global business interests, AWDC negotiates favourable arrangements with trade fair organisations, enabling the diamond firms to exhibit at preferential rates. The individual companies exhibit in their own booths, within in the high-profile Antwerp Diamond Pavilion, which is located in a prime position at each show.

Companies joining an Antwerp Diamond Pavilion are treated to a comprehensive service package, which covers the procedures involved in obtaining exhibition space, booth design and construction, and an extensive promotional campaign prior to, during and after a show.  

The Antwerp Diamond Pavilion Service Package includes:

• Eligibility for the favourable group rate obtained by AWDC from the trade show organisers.
• Administrative assistance in handling all trade fair paperwork.
• Design and construction of company booths, including coordination with the group pavilion contractor.
• A promotional campaign of the exhibitors in each show’s target market. This is includes the creation of a dedicated website for each Antwerp Diamond Pavilion with profiles of and access to exhibiting companies, as well as the distribution of promotion materials.
• A contact available at AWDC (Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. CET).

At trade shows featuring an AWDC booth in the group pavilion, companies benefit from additional services, including:

• The use of a secretarial office at the show.
• Special features and events, such as beer lounges, fashion shows, press conferences, seminars, workshops and more.
• Free drinks during show hours.
