New: Antwerp diamond manufacturers and traders fair

The Board of Directors of the ‘Beurs voor Diamanthandel’ is launching a pilot project for local diamond manufacturers and traders to display their polished diamonds in the hall of the ‘Beurs voor Diamanthandel’, at a one-day Antwerp Diamond Manufacturers and Traders Fair. This is an initiative in cooperation with the other Antwerp diamond bourses.

It is apparent that whilst Antwerp has a wide range of polished diamond traders, manufacturers and a significant range of merchandise, most dealers are not aware of more than a small portion of the range of goods available. Inevitably, medium and large volume manufacturers and dealers have slow-moving stocks. Equally, dealers and buyers are interested in goods that may be lying in a safe, sealed away from a potential buyer’s loupe and tweezers.

That is why the ‘Beurs voor Diamanthandel’ launches this pilot project, to see if a local specialized trade fair will generate additional business.

The first fair will take place on October 15th form 9AM – 5PM and is free of charge.
