5 Tips to prevent a burnout

  1. Do not hesitate to discuss issues or workload with your colleagues and your manager.
  2. Plan enough time for rest and relaxation. Don’t forget your lunch break and go on a 10 minute walk every day. That way, you can resume your work with a clear head. 
  3. Listen to your body.
  4. Don’t be too demanding on yourself. Perfectionism eats into your time and energy!
  5. Know your limits and don’t be afraid to say ‘no’. That way, you get to spend more time on things that you think are really important.
