The Best Practice Seminar is not obliged but strongly recommended. This webinar introduces guidelines for a transparent and modern trade, ensuring better protection of the legal & commercial interests of diamond traders, a sustainable and transparent banking relationship, and conformity with various legal frameworks. It covers consignment, purchase-sale and payments, and explains how all of this should be documented and arranged. It covers both what is legally required, as which ‘best practices’ which are strongly recommended.
