When is the trade fair exactly?

 15 - 19 September 2025

Where is the expo located?

AsiaWorld-Expo (1 Airport Expo Blvd, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong)

How do I get there?

If you’re coming from Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station, take the MTR. The AsiaWorld-Expo is located at the last stop on the line, right after the airport. Don’t forget: with proof that you’re a visitor or exhibitor at the fair, you’re eligible for a special MTR fare.

Where To Stay?

AWDC has negotiated special rates for exhibitors of the Antwerp Diamond Pavilion for two hotels in the area:

• W Hotel: Discount on flexible rate, 23 minutes from the AsiaWorld-Expo by car, 5-star rating
• The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong: Discount on flexible rate, 30 minutes from the AsiaWorld-Expo by car, 5-star rating
