AWDC Café: DEMO KYC management and onboarding tool by Passfort

Passfort ( affiliated to Moody’s/Bureau Van Dijk) has developed a tailored onboarding tool to support Belgian diamond traders with onboarding clients and managing KYC data and risk assessment of clients.

Here’s what the tool can do:

• Support members of the Antwerp diamond community in automatically sending out electronic forms to counterparties to gather KYC data.
• Automatic connection with global commercial registries (e.g. for the sourcing of articles of incorporation) 
• identifying and screening (PEPs, Sanctions and Adverse media) of directors and UBO’s in an automated fashion
• Source and verify ID documentation received from clients
• Automatic risk assessment to support the onboarding decision of clients

Essentially Passfort will show participants a live demo on how they can automate a big part of their onboarding and ongoing monitoring requirements. This tool will help to save time and remain compliant.
