Since the diamond industry is an international business, a lot of you travel very often. But do you know what your rights are when your flight is delayed, gets cancelled, etc.?
Happy Flights is an organization specialized in the rights of European airline passengers. Their mission is to inform (frequent) travellers about their rights and to help them enforce them in light of any flight disruption. They provide low-threshold content about air travel, tailored advice and (legal) assistance in claiming a rightful compensation for your inconvenience. This legislation applies to ALL airlines for a flight within or from Europe

Registration is mandatory and on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Places are limited. If you have registered but are unable to participate and fail to notify us in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of €100. The seminar is free and will be held in English.
