The rough diamond-trading entity of Chinese Taipei has also met the minimum requirements of the KPCS.

* The Central African Republic (CAR) was re-admitted to the Kimberley Process consistent with the Administrative Decision on Resumption of Exports of Rough Diamonds (July 2015). This means that the country is only allowed to export from compliant (green) zones after thorough verification by the Kimberley Process Monitoring Team on CAR.
