The helpdesk offers general information on AML obligations, due diligence principles, and related compliance requirements, helping companies understand what is expected of them.
In addition, the Helpdesk offers practical support services, including the onboarding of (newly established) diamond traders as Diamond Office clients, assistance with registration and access to My AWDC, and onboarding on the KYC platform (KYCP).
