AWDC Helpdesk

Our Helpdesk provides basic guidance and first-line support to Antwerp diamond traders on key regulatory topics relevant to the sector. The helpdesk offers general information on AML obligations, due diligence principles, and related compliance requirements, helping companies understand what is expected of them.

In addition, the Helpdesk offers practical support services, including the onboarding of (newly established) diamond traders as Diamond Office clients, assistance with registration and access to My AWDC, and onboarding on the KYC platform (KYCP).

The helpdesk does not provide tailored, case-specific or legal advice. For in-depth questions or individual situations, diamantaires are encouraged to consult qualified third parties such as accountants, lawyers, compliance specialists, or other professional advisors who can provide personalized guidance.

Helpdesk House Rules

The average timing of a session is 15 minutes. The opening hours (10 am - 1 pm) are always respected.

Per session, only two visitors (preferably from the same company) are allowed.

Helpdesk officers will help you as efficiently as they can, although it is possible that a question needs further follow-up.
