AWDC Helpdesk
We have set up an in-person support point for all Antwerp diamantairs, located within the AWDC building: the AWDC Helpdesk. The Helpdesk provides face-to-face assistance for your questions and concerns.
Why a Helpdesk?
Our goal is to offer Antwerp diamond traders in-person support. As a service organization, AWDC aims to be your one-stop shop for all questions, concerns, and information needs. We’re here to help Belgian diamond companies navigate the often complex landscape of laws, rules, and regulations.

Helpdesk House Rules
The average timing of a session is 15 minutes. The opening hours (10 am - 1 pm) are always respected.
Per session, only two visitors (preferably from the same company) are allowed.
Helpdesk officers will help you as efficiently as they can, although it is possible that a question needs further follow-up.
