How to Create a My AWDC Account?

MyAWDC is the platform where registered diamond companies can manage their Diamond Office invoices, track their G7-related information, and soon also follow the (mandatory) AML and Best Practice seminars and receive their certificates (this functionality is under construction for the moment. Companies can follow the webinars and get their certificates via www.registereddiamondcompanies.be). 

Create a My AWDC account

The director of the company that wants to onboard on My AWDC must complete and sign the Disclaimer and the Authorization Letter (both available below this page), and send them back to marcom@awdc.be, together with:

  • a copy of his/her ID card
  • the director's phone number
  • (if the company does not have MyAWDC yet) the ID(s) of the managing director and additional employees

The AWDC marcom officer will then contact the applying director and conduct a video call for ID verification.
