To secure the early bird rate, please confirm your participation by September 29th by returning the signed participation agreement you can download below. After this date, prices will increase, so we encourage you to review the details carefully and return your signed agreement in time.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Average floor space price: USD 875/sqm*
Corner fee: +5% / +8% / +10% (for 2 / 3 / 4 open sides) on total floor space cost
*Average price, varies by zone. Excludes construction fee.

HOW TO PROCEED
1.    Sign the attached floor space agreement.
2.    Send it to tradefairs@awdc.eu
3.    Deadline: September 29th, to secure the early bird rate.
 

Booth reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed floor space agreement.

Cancellation policy: Once a floor space agreement is signed, the full agreed-upon floor space fee remains payable even in the event of cancellation.

Floor plan timing: The pavilion floor plan will be issued once the final booth count and total square meterage for the pavilion are confirmed.

Minimum participation: The pavilion will only proceed if at least 10 companies confirm participation.
