What is the minimum size of a booth within the pavilion?
The minimum size booth is 9 square meters.
What is the maximum size of a booth within the pavilion?
Usually the biggest sizes in our pavilion are 36 square meters, but if you want a bigger size booth, we can discuss all the possibilities together.
I want to attend the JCK trade show as an exhibitor. What should I do?
In 2026 the JCK organisation will host the Antwerp Pavilion on our behalf. If you are interested in joining, please send an email to tradefairs@awdc.be.
I want to attend the Hong Kong March trade show as an exhibitor. What should I do?
If you are interested in joining the March 2026 Antwerp Pavilion, please send your information to tradefairs@awdc.be. You will be the first to know when registrations are open.
I want to attend the Hong Kong September trade show as an exhibitor. What should I do?
To register for the September 2025 Trade Fair Show, please fill in the floorspace agreement and send back to tradefairs@awdc.be. The deadline for registration is 15th of May.
*Please note that signing this agreement is binding, with cancellation you are obliged to pay the floorspace price of your chosen square meters.
What does it cost to attend the Hong Kong September trade show as an exhibitor?
The total average price, based on your zone (incl. Floorspace, construction, electricity, service fees) it is 1.585 USD/SQM + one-time web membership fee of 350 USD and a one-time participation insurance fee of 200 USD.
Should I fill in the floorspace agreement with or without seniority?
If you participated in the same trade fair show last year, you fill in the agreement with seniority. If you never participated before or longer than 2 years ago, please fill in the agreement without seniority.
How do I know what hotel to book in Hong Kong?
Before the Trade Show we will communicate AWDC booking discounts and offers by various hotels in the area.
I participated in the trade fair show last year, but this year I don’t want to join the pavilion. Will I lose my seniority?
No, if you don’t wish to join the pavilion, we can freeze your seniority one year. Please note that you can only freeze this once in 5 years.
Is my seniority the same for the Hong Kong March, June and September show?
No. These are all different shows, so they all have their own seniority system. You can have 5 years of seniority in March and maybe only 2 in September. This is all separate from each other.
Will I lose my seniority if AWDC decides not to organize a pavilion?
No. If AWDC decides not to organize a pavilion, all seniorities will be frozen until we organize a pavilion again.
What does seniority mean?
Seniority is the number of years you participated in a specific Trade Show. The more seniority you have the more priority you have when choosing a booth location in the pavilion.
How does a booth allotment work?
Based on your booth size and seniority. We group the participants by their booth size and then look at who has the most seniority. The company with the highest seniority chooses first, then second highest, …
What happens when I want to exhibit outside of the Antwerp Pavilion?
This is definitely possible, but please note that you will lose all of your seniority , and if you decide to participate again the next year. You will have no priority in choosing a booth location.
