For the first time ever, AWDC and the FPS Economy are jointly organizing a large-scale, in-person AML exam on May 19th at the Provinciehuis in Antwerp. With this initiative, we aim to make it as simple and efficient as possible for diamond companies to comply with their AML obligations.
Those who pass the exam will be exempt, for a period of three years, from the annual requirement to obtain an AML certificate by completing the webinar and answering the accompanying questions.
This opportunity was created to unburden Antwerp diamond companies from having to obtain the AML certificate annually via watching the AML seminar and answering the questions. This will grant them more time to focus on their business. 166 participants will complete the exam.
