Discover KYCP: the new free digital KYC tool for diamond traders

Starting from end of June, AWDC is offering a powerful new tool that allows diamond companies to identify, screen, and onboard new clients faster, more easily, and entirely digitally: the Know Your Customer Platform (KYCP).

This tool replaces the well-known Compliance Catalyst from Moody’s/Bureau Van Dijk, which will no longer be available as of the end of July. But no reason to worry, on the contrary. KYCP is more user-friendly, more powerful, and fully tailored to the needs of our sector.
 

What can you do with KYCP?

KYCP gives diamond companies one central platform with the following features:

• A convenient personal dashboard where you can store each client’s KYC information digitally
• You can download company information about your client from the Orbis database and save it in your personal dashboard
• Your client’s KYC data is automatically screened for risks
• You will automatically be notified when your client’s KYC information needs to be updated
• You can invite your client via your dashboard to complete their KYC data and upload missing documents
• In your personal dashboard, you can accept or reject the client
   

AWDC provides free access to KYCP for all Belgian diamond traders. In doing so, we support the Antwerp diamond companies and help ensure that our sector complies with anti-money laundering legislation.
 

Why should you use KYCP?

This new tool represents a real step forward. It is designed to make customer screenings even smoother and less time-consuming.
